Erskine make South East Northumberland BLOOM
Groundwork Northumberland launch their new project BLOOM which is designed to connect business and the community with green space.
A packed hall at Choppington Social Welfare Centre, listened to the movers and shakers of the North East set out the BLOOM programme and why it is needed in South East Northumberland.
