Sure Start Maltby: Children’s Centre feasibility
We were asked to undertake a comprehensive survey to identify capital funding sources for an extension to a Sure Start building and a community building owned by a church that also housed a Sure Start nursery.
We provided the client with a funding package, which highlighted ways in which they could obtain capital to ensure the sustainability of the Sure Start building and the services it hosts.
The research also allowed us to make informed recommendations, which included advising our client to go ahead with fundraising and plans for their extension and move the nearby children from the nursery into the Sure Start building. This proved to be very successful
